Booking Terms and Conditions for VIP Strategic Planning Day

By booking a VIP Strategic Planning Day with Natalie Pickett, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms

Pay in Full Payment Option

Pay in full option unlocks a special price (saving $510).  Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session and receive this special rate.

No refunds or cancellations are permitted once the payment has been made.

Payment Plan Option

If the payment plan option is selected, the first payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your package and unlock the pre-session preparation materials.

The strategy sessions will be split over two days:

  • The first session will be unlocked upon receipt of the second payment.
  • The second session will be unlocked upon receipt of the third and final payment.

All payments must be completed in full, regardless of whether you choose to complete the sessions or not. By selecting the payment plan, you commit to fulfilling all scheduled payments as agreed at the time of booking.

No refunds or cancellations are permitted once the payment plan is initiated. Any missed or delayed payments will result in the suspension of the session schedule until payments are brought up to date.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • Requests to reschedule your session must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date.
  • One reschedule is permitted without additional charge, provided the request is received within the required notice period.
  • Reschedule requests made less than 14 days prior to the session date will incur a transfer fee of $500.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the personalised and intensive nature of the VIP Strategic Planning Day, all bookings are final and non-refundable.

4. No-Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, personal changes in circumstances, or failure to attend.
  • This policy ensures both parties are fully committed to the agreed-upon session and preparation.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for completing any pre-session assessments or questionnaires at least 7 days prior to the session.
  • Failure to complete these materials on time may impact the quality of the session.

6. Session Delivery

  • VIP sessions will be conducted online via Zoom and follow up via email.
  • In-person sessions are available and will incur extra charges for travel and accommodation. Contact us for a quotation.

7. Confidentiality

  • All information shared during the session is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • While every effort is made to provide valuable and actionable advice, everyone’s situation is different, therefore, individual results may vary and results cannot be guaranteed.
  • Natalie Pickett is not liable for any business decisions, outcomes, or results following the session.

9. Force Majeure

  • In the event of circumstances beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, or unforeseen emergencies), the session may be rescheduled at a mutually agreed date and time without penalty.

10. Agreement
